Cancellations, etc.
Once customer applications are made, we normally do not accept cancellations nor conduct refunds based on the circumstances of the customer.
In cases where unavoidable circumstances, etc. render it necessary for IN THE BREEZE, INC. to cancel a lesson or where IN THE BREEZE, INC. has determined that the holding of a given lesson has become difficult, all fees for that lessons shall be refunded to the customer. In instances involving credit card transactions, such card transactions will be cancelled. If such payment cancellation is difficult due to due dates, etc., the full amount of lesson fees shall be returned via bank transfer (bank transfer fees shall be paid for by IN THE BREEZE, INC.).
